If you have documents for service and cannot locate your defendant, we can help. In addition to serving your documents, we can run skip trace searches to help determine where someone may be. For this process to be the most successful, it is important that you provide any information you have on the subject to help with the locating process. NO PIECE OF INFORMATION IS TOO SMALL! The first part of our skip trace is IRB nationwide database search, which gives us a detailed history of an individual’s whereabouts, as well as possible relatives, phone numbers, and email addresses. Secondly, we run the subject’s information through the Oregon DMV to locate a possible address on file. Lastly, if a last known address is provided, we send out a postal search with the United States Postal Service and see if the subject may have updated their information with the post office and has a forwarding address on file.
